Previously, we informed you that Suzuki has started the production of its updated S-Cross that is likely to be unveiled at the 2016 Paris motor show. Here is a close-up spied image of the model from the manufacturing plant in Hungary. The model is expected to be launch in the European market later this year.
The face-lifted model features a redesigned front fascia with new projector headlamps, vertical slat chrome grille and the bumper gets a larger radiator grille along with foglamps, while the side profile seem almost same, but the rear has not been revealed yet. Inside, it will be updated with instrument cluster dials along with new MID, new dashboard trim choices, new interior colour combinations and seat upholstery with contrast stitching.
In the international market, the Suzuki S-cross is powered by a 1.6-litre petrol and diesel engine, but it is being rumoured that Suzuki may introduce the updated model with a 1.4-litre Boosterjet petrol engine, same that powers the Suzuki Vitara. While in the Indian car market, it will continue to be offerd with the same engine - 1.3-litre DDiS 200 and 1.6-litre DDiS 320 diesel mills.
