Nissan India has announced the fourth ‘Happy with Nissan’ service campaign, which will start from November 19-28, 2015 in country. The company will host it in 140 locations across 120 cities in India. The Japanese automaker had reached out to more than 75,000 customers during the last three campaigns.
Mr. Arun Malhotra, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India Pvt Ltd said, “We at Nissan are very much encouraged by our rising SSI scores and want to offer an unmatched experience to our customers even after they purchase our products. We want to get closer to them and ‘Happy with Nissan’ initiative gives us a great opportunity to do so. This campaign is aimed towards reaching out to our customers and giving them effective solutions.” The service campaign will help Nissan’s after-sales service team to meet customers face to face, understand their issues and find the right solutions. It will also allow the company to improve customer confidence and satisfaction.
The service campaign will include free vehicle check-ups, free top wash, 20% discount on labour charges, 20% discount on Nissan Genuine Accessories and option to purchase Nissan Extended Warranty at base price up until 365 days and a discount of 10% after the second year. There will also be entertaining and engaging activities for families of customers. They can also win Nissan Genuine Accessories, car care products, free-washing coupons, restaurant and movie vouchers, etc.
