Nissan India has announced a host of lucrative offers with cashback worth Rs 4 crore on both Nissan and Datsun cars, valid till 9th October in the country. In addition to assured cash back, customers can enjoy benefits like exchange bonus, an assured gold coin and insurance at the rate of Rs 1 on all Nissan models. Similarly, Datsun is offering exciting benefits of up to Rs 52,000 and exchange bonus up to Rs 15,000 on the GO, GO+ and redi-GO models.

Talking about these customer centric initiatives, Hardeep Singh Brar, Director Sales & Commercial, Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. said, “As we step into the month of festivities, we are delighted to announce these exciting offers for all our customers. Being a customer first company, we are committed to offering a memorable buying experience, thereby expanding the Nissan and Datsun families.” Datsun is all set to launch the 2018 GO and GO+ facelifts tomorrow, i.e. October 8, 2018 in the Indian market. The bookings for the updated versions of GO and GO+ have already commenced at a token amount of Rs 11,000 across all company authorized dealerships in India. The duo will feature first in segment 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

In addition, the new Datsun GO and GO+ will come equipped with best-in-class standard safety package with dual front airbags, ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) with EBD (Electronic Brake-force Distribution) and BA (Brake Assist), Rear parking assist sensors, Driver seat-belt reminder and Follow-me-home escort lighting system standard across all trims. Mecahnically, the facelifted models will retain the same set of engines and transmissions. The 1.2L 3-cylinder petrol engine will deliver top power of 67bhp at 5000rpm and peak torque of 104Nm at 4000rpm. Datsun GO rivals the Maruti Suzuki Celerio, Hyundai i10 and Tata Tiago, while Datsun GO+ has no direct competitor in the Indian market as it is the only sub 4-meter MPV currently on offer.
