Nissan India has launched a new customer service campaign called ‘Happy with Nissan’ - the first phase of which, will kick off from 9th of May and will remain active until the 18th of May, 2014. The complimentary check-up will see the company set up camps at 66 Nissan authorised service outlets across 54 cities in the country.
Under the campaign, customers visiting the service camps between the aforementioned dated will be entitled to a free car check-up, wash and 20 per cent discount on labour charges. All the vehicles will undergo a 60 point check up Nissan’s service engineers. Other benefits include, discounts of up to 20 per cent on Nissan genuine accessories and up to 20 per cent on Nissan Extended Warranty for vehicles in the warranty period.
Commenting on the new service campaign, Mr Kenichiro Yomura, president of Nissan India Operations remarked, “We want to create a service environment that our customers can trust, be comfortable and feel proud of being associated with the Nissan brand. We are consciously working towards optimizing our after-sales service operations so that service wait time and costs can be kept to a minimum. This is one of our key priorities for this year.”

Nissan India recently inaugurated the state-of-the-art Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) near Chennai that aims at enhancing the ownership experience of its cars for customers and assists Nissan’s supply chain management process by ensuring efficient and timely delivery of spare parts to its authorised dealerships and workshops across the country.
