Coinciding with the World Environment Day, Okinawa Scooters has rolled out 24-hours Roadside Assistance Programme, specifically for Okinawa buyers throughout most areas of India. With this initiative, Okinawa has become the first electric two-wheeler enterprise to give roadside assistance to its patrons all over India. Starting from June 5, 2019, the roadside assistance programme can be benefitted by Okinawa I-Praise and Okinawa Ridge+ owners as of now. Later, the assistance programme will eventually be applicable to Okinawa’s future vehicles as well.
The RSA offers free assistance thrice for Okinawa users, which includes two free towing within the policy period and one free towing in case of mechanical issues. Additional advantages comprise of assistance on the phone, cab assistance, coordination in the removal of the vehicle, Key Lockout Services, flat tyre servicing, on-the-spot repair, towing facility etc.
