We were the first ones to post the spy shots of Himalayan for the first time back in March this year. Recently our friends at AutoX Magazine has revealed some fresh images of production ready version of Royal Enfield Himalayan parked somewhere in the mountains. The images are quite clear and motorcycle is fully visible. Images show not one but several Himalayan’s parked side to side.

Himalayan looks like a promising adventure tourer, from the raised handle-bar, long front windscreen, meaty off-road tires, high suspension set-up and ergonomics of a hard-core adventure tourer it looks like Himalayan is surely made for kicking some serious butt. Though this is not the first time images of Himalayan are out and that too of a production ready model has sure left us drooling. It will be safe to assume that this project is coming at its final stages and Royal Enfield might launch the same by this year’s end or next year’s beginning. Himalayan is powered from a newly developed 410cc engine that would churn out about 28bhp or power. Few days back we reported that Royal Enfield is working to introduce its future models equipped with ABS and for time being it’s not certain if Himalayan will feature ABS or not. Himalayan looks all dirt ready and buffed up to take adventurer tourer segment to another level. Royal Enfield may place it in a price bracket of INR 1.7 to 1.9 lakhs.
