Renault India has achieved its target of 320 dealership facilities across the country for 2017. From a modest presence of 14 dealership facilities in May 2011, the company has progressively expanded its pan-India dealership network to 270 facilities at the end of 2016. The French automaker added 50 dealerships in 2017, making it one of the fastest network ramp-ups by an automobile OEM in India. Renault had recently introduced MY RENAULT APP, a smartphone application available on Android and iOS platforms.

All Renault dealerships across the country have been designed according to the RENAULTSTORE concept. RENAULTSTORE is a new generation of dealerships which has been conceptualized by highlighting the value of the brand, products, services and accessories in a modern and more effective manner. The company undertook many first-of-its kind after-sales initiatives with the introduction of Renault SECURE, Renault ASSIST, Workshop on Wheels (WoW), customer apps and regular customer service camps. As for the My Renault App, it covers all Renault models currently on sale in India. The mobile App not only becomes the first from an automaker in India to feature an e-commerce facility, but also has over 60 handy features, including online service appointments, personalised reminders and digital vaults for document storage.

Over the last few years, Renault has focused on establishing a strong base in India. Together with a strong product offensive strategy led by KWID and the recently launched stylish SUV, CAPTUR, Renault has been continuously undertaking strategic measures across all key business dimensions, ranging from product, network expansion, pioneering customer oriented activities and several innovative marketing initiatives to ensure unmatched customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, in other news, Renault would be participating at the 2018 Auto Expo, which commences from February 7. The company is expected to showcase the Kwid-based MPV at the event, which is expected to be launched by the end of this year in India.
