Renault India Pvt Ltd. has announced a new customer-centric initiative called ‘Round the Clock’ - that will see all Renault showrooms and service stations across the country open for business for 24 hours a day. However, the said initiative and service offers are available only on some select variants of the Renault Duster SUV and the Scala sedan. The initiative will be observed for two days, i.e May 24th and 25th.

Furthermore, Renault India has also charted out few ‘assured’ gifts for their customers such as LCD TV, smartphone, Tablet, e-Book Reader, Camcorder, Digital Camera, etc. Apart from that, new customers of Renault cars are being lured with low EMI offers, additional 2 years warranty and free roadside assistance for a period of four years.

Meanwhile, the French automaker is preparing to roll out the Duster 4X4 variant in the Indian market, which has been completely missing from the compact crossover segment in the country. The 4X4 system that is being used in the Duster sold in international markets is a Nissan drivetrain component that is built in Dacia’s home country, Romania. The component will be imported to India and fitted into the SUV at the Renault-Nissan alliance plant in Chennai. The Duster 4X4 is expected to launch before the end of 2014.
