One of the fastest growing automotive company in India, Renault reported a growth of 173%, where the brand sold 11,837 units in domestic market in June 2016 as compared to the 4,340 units in the corresponding month last year. While the cumulative sales during the period January-June stands at 61,895 as against 23,346 in the corresponding period last year, thereby registering a growth of 165%.
With its product offensive strategy to drive volumes in India, the company is substantially increasing its sales and network reach in India. Currently, Renault has a network strength of more than 210 dealerships and is further aiming to increase its reach to 270 facilities by the end of 2016. In addition to this, Renault is also foraying into relevant automotive business services to best suit the Indian customer. These include RENAULT selection, Renault Finance, Renault Assured, and Renault Secure.
