Based in Irvine, California and founded last year, the automaker is proud to introduce the final specification of their Beast which is actually based on the Ariel Atom 3. However, it comes with an entirely different exterior design thanks to a lightweight and stylish body manufactured from carbon fiber and styled by Samir Sadikhov. Described as being “raw, pure and powerful”, the Beast’s body came to life after using 3D printing techniques to elaborate the shape of the headlight & taillight casings as well as the sleek mirrors.
The body package encompasses an aggressive front spoiler, slim side mirror caps and a prominent rear diffuser. It can optionally be configured with a windscreen and rides on a set of five dual-spoke 19-inch forged alloys wrapped around in front 235/35/19 and rear 295/30/19 tires. The vehicle tips the scales at only 748 kg and adopts a rear-wheel drive layout so it should be very fun around the track.
It seems the interior cabin isn’t a match for the lovely body design, but you do get a carbon fiber steering wheel, carbon fiber seats and an infotainment system providing support for Apple’s CarPlay which represents a feature previously unseen in this segment.
More importantly, the production-ready Rezvani Motors Beast is powered by a 4-cylinder, 2.4-liter supercharged and turbocharged gasoline engine producing a massive 500 bhp which enables the model reach 96 kmph from a standstill in a mere 2.7 seconds on its way to a maximum speed of 265 kmph. The engine is coupled to either a standard manual gearbox or to an optional sequential automatic transmission to send power to the rear axle.
They are already taking orders for the Ariel Atom 3-based sportscar which will be made on a build-to-order basis, with each vehicle requiring between 8 to 12 weeks for assembly. Details about the model’s availability are limited at this point but we do know Rezvani Motors is asking $165,000 (10.5 million INR) for the base version before adding any optional equipment such as the aforementioned windscreen and sequential gearbox.
