The British marque, Rolls Royce is the most prestigious and luxurious auto manufacturer around the globe. Known to build only limited and some of the most luxurious cars, the manufacturer is ready to launch its cheapest model in India, the Ghost II. The mid life refreshed version has already touched down in India, to be showcased on the launch day.
The BMW group owned brand will give some minor updates to the exteriors and interiors of the car. Speaking of the changes, the LED DRLs will get a new shape. Also, the bumpers will be revised both at the front and rear ends. The front bumper will get a larger intake and refreshed turn signal indicators alongwith a slightly forward tilted 'Spirit of Ecstasy.' The exterior changes also include a new paint scheme and all new alloy wheel design.
Rolls Royce hasn’t made any changes to the powertrain and is powered by the same 6.6 liter twin turbocharged V12 that produces 563bhp and 780 Nm of torque. The power will be sent to the wheels via a 8-speed ZF automatic transmission that performed its duty on the outgoing model. On the inside, the Series II is equipped with all new seats and an updated infotainment system.
The face-lifted model will be available in SWB and EWB variants. Rolls Royce is riding high on the success of the brand as they are clocking best numbers ever. Also, they recently added a new country on their sales list. Click here to know which country it is?
