Hyundai India has roped in Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan as the brand ambassador for its compact sedan Xcent. Being touted as 'The Real Family Sedan', Hyundai Xcent was launched earlier this year at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo, globally. And, Hyundai's association with SRK isn't new as the superstar has been with them for the last 16 years. Precisely, Mr. Khan has been with the South-Korean automajor since their Santro days.
Recently, Hyundai India shot a TVC with Mr. Khan which is based on the theme of, “multiplying the life’s joys with the generous Xtras like - Xtra space, style and comfort”. The TVC unfolds, revealing that how Shah Rukh is an an ‘Xtra Hunter’ and has a quest for more. Over 35,400 units of the Hyundai Xcent have been sold since its much anticipated launch. On this association, Shah Rukh Khan, Bollywood Superstar and Hyundai Brand Ambassador expressed, “It’s a delight to have been associated with Hyundai for 16 years and it never seemed like work to me.
