Skoda Auto India has launched the new Skoda Shield Plus scheme that aims at six years of convenient ownership experience for its customers without any struggle.
This new initiative is a first-in-its segment effort by Skoda India, designed as part of the ‘India 2.0’ project to enhance transparency between the brand and the buyer, which would eventually improve the overall experience of ownership.
The Skoda Shield Plus project comprises of 24-hour roadside assistance, extended warranty and motor insurance which has been made valid for the Skoda models like the Kodiaq, Octavia, Rapid and Superb.
Speaking on the launch of the new Skoda Shield Plus programme, Mr Zac Hollis, Director of Sales, Service, and Marketing at Skoda Auto India Pvt. Ltd. said, “ŠKODA Shield Plus is a unique offering in the Indian automotive industry. It is designed to ensure owning a ŠKODA is a hassle-free and an enjoyable experience. It ascertains that ‘Peace of Mind comes standard with a ŠKODA'.”
The 4 X 4 X 4 Service Care Package:-
Prior to this in India, Skoda had launched the country’s first four-years customer care initiative which included a warranty scheme of four years and 24-hour roadside assistance for four years which is valid as standard service care across all the Skoda cars. Also, Skoda buyers have the choice to buy a four-year customer service package at a striking price that guarantees a struggle-free experience of owning a Skoda car.
