Skoda India has inaugurated a new 3S (Sales, Service, and Spares) facility in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Being in association with Kamal Kishore Auto Corp. Pvt. Ltd., iy flaunts the new Corporate Identity and Design, which is a part of ŠKODA AUTO’s global redesigning process. Mr. Zac Hollis, Director – Sales, Service, and Marketing, ŠKODA AUTO India Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. Neeraj Rastogi, Dealer Principal, Kamal Kishore Auto Corp. Pvt. Ltd. inaugurated the state-of-the-art dealership facility. The new showroom is located at 329-330 Kamta, Opposite High Court, Faizabad Road, Lucknow.

Kamal Kishore Auto Corp. is spread over an area of 18,256 sq. ft. (1,696 sq. m.) and accommodates a six car display, six mechanical stations, and seven body shop bays. The workspace has a capacity to serve approx. 3,000 Skoda vehicles per annum, with more than 20 dedicated aftersales personnel. The company had recently introduced ‘EasyBuy’ assured introductory 57 percent buyback value program across the Superb model range, at the end of the three-year contractual term. In addition, it had also presented the ŠKODA Shield Plus initiative. This firt-in-segment program ensure six years of hassle free ownership experience by offering Motor Insurance, 24 x 7 Road Side Assistance, and an Extended Warranty, and is available across the entire Skoda portfolio in India.
Currently, the Czech-Republican based automaker is revamping its entire dealer network which will entail manpower training, a customer-friendly layout, and business processes along with a refreshed design. The refurbished dealership network globally, and in India, will offer modern showrooms with an elevated look and feel, customer friendly environment, pleasant atmosphere, and transparency. It has planned to double its dealer network across 50 new cities, over the next 3 years as part of the 'INDIA 2.0' project. Skoda's next big launch in the Indian market is being touted as the Karoq SUV, which will sit below the Kodiaq while locking horns with Hyundai Tuscon, Jeep Compass and MG Hector.
