Czech carmaker, Skoda will unveil its four-door coupe concept of Octavia at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show in March, according to a report by Auto Express, UK. The showcased model will be a pre-production concept followed by the debut in the mid of 2015 and will compete with Volkswagen Passat CC.
As per the report, inside of the car remains unchanged including interiors and the boot space. The engine options powering the coupe version will also be same as the standard Octavia.
After the launch of this car, the company is lined up with various other products on the board including Snowman SUV, Rapid Spaceback and Superb facelift.
With record sales of 9,39,200 units in 2012, Skoda aims to surpass one million cars in 2013. For achieving that target, Skoda is setting up two new factories in the China, which is currently the biggest market for the brand in the Asian subcontinent.
