Skoda Vision IN caught testing in India.
To be showcased at Auto Expo 2020.
Design inspired by the sketches that Skoda released recently.
Skoda recently released the sketches of their Vision IN SUV. We are expecting that the Vision will be unveiled at the Auto Expo 2020.
We can see that the prototype of Skoda Vision was heavily camouflaged, but still, it has the elegant straight lines that we have seen on the other Skoda models. At the front, we can see that the typical Skoda grille, which is flanked by LED headlamps with Daytime Running Lamps and the fog lamps are placed below the headlamps just like its elder sibling, the Skoda Kodiaq. The side profile comes with new diamond-cut alloy wheels and roof rails.
Speaking of the rear, the LED tail lamps are C-shaped and a rear window wiper is also placed on the rear window. The design of the camouflaged SUV looks almost the same as the official sketches that the Skoda revealed.
From the Skoda Vision interior sketches, we can see that the interior is just like that of the Kamiq which is sold in the foreign market. The Vision interior will feature leather upholstery, dual-tone coloured accents all around the cabin and flat-bottom steering wheel. Skoda will also offer Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and Mirrorlink with the infotainment system. There will be voice commands, a multi-function steering wheel, and a touch screen to control the infotainment unit. Just like the other Skoda cars, Vision will also come with connected car features.
Skoda Vision specs may offer two engine options:- 1.0-litre turbo petrol and a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine. The 1.0-litre is expected to be offered with a 6-speed manual transmission while the 1.5-litre will come with a 7-speed DSG dual-clutch automatic transmission.
