Spied - Is there a New Passion Pro under that Camo?

Snapshot: All new Engined Hero Passion Pro spotted in wild!!

Ever since the great old collaboration that brought the country zillions and trillions of 100cc puny commuters ended when a couple or so years ago Hero and Honda finally parted ways and hero went on to form what is now called as the Hero Motocorp. Hero since then has gone on a buying spree eyeing companies it can either buy or collaborate to further fuel its gigantic size in terms of volumes in the world. From getting Engines Engineering from under Mahindra's portfolio to Collaborating with EBR for technology and motorsports presence and to go to export markets where it could never play because of the collaboration with Honda, Hero Motocorp has come a long way in short time. However, there has been a one big sore point in the Hero Motocorp arsenal and that has been a lack of in house developed engine which could replace the still used Honda technology from its commuter range.

Along with developing entry level and mid-range performance motorcycles, Indian two-wheeler major Hero MotoCorp is also working on updating its commuter segment products. GaadiWaadi has reported new spy images of Hero’s upcoming motorcycle caught doing the test runs in real life conditions, which resembles the Passion. The heavily camouflaged test mule made it hard to figure out what exactly lies underneath it. Of the things that were visible, was a newly designed tail light which somewhat resembled to the unit found on the new Hero CBZ Xtreme. Then there was a new set of six-spoke alloy wheels instead of five-spoke unit on current model.

Things get interesting when it occurs to be a case of the power mill on the motorcycle which has been completely developed by Hero. This upcoming motorcycle may get a bump in displacement which will be completely designed and developed by Hero MotoCorp. A 125cc motorcycle will help Hero stand against its former partner, Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India and its arch rival in the Indian market, Bajaj Auto.
