Earlier, the Maruti Suzuki S-Cross facelift was revealed through leaked images that was clicked during a dealer conference that held in France. And so far the model has not been showcased, but not for long. Reportedly, Suzuki has started the production of its updated S-Cross that is likely to be unveiled at the 2016 Paris motor show.
Speaking of the aesthetics, the front fascia of the facelifted S-Cross features all-new front grille with vertical slats, re-done bumper with a larger radiator grille, a re-sculpted hood that adds more prominence with the front bumper. While the rear end has not been revealed yet. Inside, the car received minor tweaks like updated instrument cluster dials along with new MID, new dashboard trim choices, new interior colour combinations and seat upholstery with contrast stitching.
In the international market, the S-cross is powered by a 1.6-litre petrol and diesel engine, but there some rumours that Suzuki may introduce the updated model with a 1.4-litre Boosterjet petrol unit, same that powers the Suzuki Vitara. While in the Indian car market, it will be sold with the same engine - 1.3-litre DDiS 200 and 1.6-litre DDiS 320 diesel mills.
