Ferrari, the Italian Supercar manufacturer is known to manufacture some of the most exotic beauties be it the California or be it the 458 Italia. While their stock cars are beautiful enough, they don't shy away from presenting some ultra-exotic bespoke Ferraris. And one if them is the bespoke California T, which they are showcasing at the ongoing 2015 Shanghai Auto Show.
The Prancing Horse says that the car is tailor-made especially for the Shanghai Auto Show. This model illustrates the Ferrari’s Tailor Made program that was conceived specially to allow the clients to commission a car “according to his or her wishes.” One can choose the exteriors as well as the interiors based on their preferences.
This particular California T is inspired by the actress Ingrid Bergman, who was known for her “natural beauty and effortless chic” and the Kennedy family. Finished in the Grigio Ingrid body color, the gray paint is borrowed from the Ferrari 375 MM, that the famous director Roberto Rossellini gifted to Ingrid Bergman in 1954.
The interiors on the other hand, are equipped with the retro reddish brown leather seats and are in a reference to the Kennedee chair by Jean Marie Massaud. According to Ferrari, even the floor mats are worth taking a note and are made of 100% pure virgin wool that is sourced from New Zealand with a natural jute background.
