Tata’s compact SUV has set the cash registers ringing since its launch earlier this year, giving competitors like Mahindra XUV500 and Jeep Compass a tough fight. However, it remains to be seen if the SUV will continue to be a threat to the stiffening competition with newer models such as MG Hector entering the segment soon.

It is expected to receive a more powerful engine. As for the current Tata Harrier specifications, it draws power from a 2.0-litre oil burner with 140 PS of top power.
