Tata Harrier, slated to launch officially on January 23, 2019, will be showcased in New Delhi at DLF Place Saket Mall between 29th and 30th December 2018. As part of the ‘Discover The Harrier’ program, an exclusive preview event will be organised for all existing and prospective customers. The bookings for the SUV are already in full swing and customers can also book it at the special preview programme. The event will commence with a special preview from 9 am – 11 am for the customers who have already pre-booked the Harrier.

According to Mr. SN. Barman - Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Customer Support, Passenger Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors said, “We have been overwhelmed with the customer response on the Harrier. With the rising excitement and increasing demand from all to see what this SUV looks and feels like, we are excited to organize this exclusive preview program for our existing and prospective customers. The program, planned across 11 cities in India, will provide all the visitors with a first-hand experience of Tata Harrier – The New Benchmark of SUVs.” The two hour special preview in the morning for the people who have already booked the Harrier will be followed by a preview for all other visitors. The event will be on till 9 pm on the scheduled dates.

Debuting Tata Motors' ‘IMPACT Design 2.0’ philosophy, the Harrier SUV was unveiled as the H5X concept at the Auto Expo 2018. The 5-seater monocoque SUV is based on the new generation ‘Optimal Modular Efficient Global Advanced’ (OMEGA) architecture, which is developed in collaboration with Jaguar Land Rover. Tata Harrier would be offered in four trims: XE, XM, XT and XZ. It will be powered by the 2.0L Kryotec diesel engine, which is sourced from Fiat. The engine will belt out top power of 138bhp and peak torque of 350Nm while mated to a 6-speed manual transmission as standard. Tata Harrier will be offered in five colour options – Ariel Silver, Calisto Copper, Thermisto Gold, Telesto Grey and Orcus White.
