Tata Motors Group including Jaguar Land Rover registered a wholesales of 93,355 vehicles in January 2016, which is now higher by 16 percent over January 2015. And, taking into account of the cumulative wholesales for this fiscal the company has already hit a mark of 847,661 and is higher by 7 percent over the last fiscal. The company registered sale of 56,616 passenger vehicles globally in January 2016, which is higher by 14 percent compared to January 2015. Cumulative passenger vehicle wholesales for this fiscal at 537,437 nos., was higher by 11%, over the last fiscal.
Tata motors registered 11,081 nos. of Global wholesale of the passenger vehicles in the month of January 2016, which is lower by 17 percent compared to January 2016 and the cumulative wholesales for the fiscal were at 110,244 nos, higher by 2 percent compared to the last fiscal.
Jaguar Land Rover sold 45,535 vehicles globally, including CJLR (a JV between JLR and Chery Automobiles and is an unconsolidated subsidiary for JLR) wholesales. Jaguar wholesales for the month were 8,576 vehicles and cumulative wholesales were 78,489 vehicles, while Land Rover wholesales for the month were 36,959 vehicles and cumulative wholesales were 348,704 vehicles. Cumulative wholesales for Jaguar Land Rover for the fiscal were 427,193 vehicles.
