Tata Motors has been looking to build a strong customer relationship since a long time now. Following the same norm, the automobile maker has gone ahead in reaching out to the customers through its “Hexa Experience Centre”. A representative from Tata Motors was heard as saying that the three day event, Hexa Experience Centre, is aimed at reaching out to the customers and their families. This would also give them an opportunity to indulge in a wide range of experiences. This event will spread over a three days period between 25th to 27th November in Gurugram.
Apart from on-spot registration for this event, customers, visitors and enthusiasts can also log in to their official website to get further details about the registration process for the “Hexa Experience Drive”. Once in the event, the visitors will be able to test both on-road and off-road capabilities of the new Tata Hexa SUV. The track, on which the test will be made includes a challenging off-road course so that the customers get a close view of full potential of the Hexa SUV. Moreover, to give it a premium feel, the experience centre will also feature a large lounge for the customers, dining area for them, a special kid’s zone and some other activities including a pet adoption zone.
Coming to car itself, the Hexa SUV made its first public appearance at the Geneva Motor Show, 2015 as a conceptual model. Later, it was officially unveiled at the Auto Expo 2016 at Delhi. The new SUV carries a powerful VARICOR 400 2.2-litre diesel engine under its bonnet that can churn out a maximum power of 156PS and a peak torque of 400Nm.
However, Tata Motors have planned to set up similar centres in other metropolitan cities like Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad
