Tata Motors will unveil its new hatchback Tata Bolt (codenamed Falcon 4) at the upcoming Auto Expo 2014 along with the sub-four meter version of the Manza - Falcon 5. The company has not yet revealed its name, while the Falcon 4 will be called Bolt.
The Tata Bolt will resemble the Vista but will have many changes like it will have new interiors, exteriors and will also come with more powerful engine. It is said that the Bolt will have good interior quality, comfortable seats and improved suspensions for a smooth ride.
Both the vehicles are expected to have new features like the projector headlamps, touch-screen audio system, multi-info display and much more.
The Bolt and Falcon 5 will be unveiled at the Auto Expo but will go on sale in the second half of the year. The prices of the Bolt are expected to be announced when the car goes on sale.
Tata Bolt will be powered by 1.2 litre Revotron turbo-petrol engine and 1.3 litre Quadrajet diesel engine. The Tata Bolt’s prices are likely to be announced only when the car goes on sale sometime this year.
