Tata Nexon is the latest offering from Tata Motors in the mini SUV segment. The company has now revealed the complete accessories list for the car and their prices. The basic accessory starts from Rs. 710 and extends up to Rs. 50,000.
The accessories can be added on all the trims in which they are not given as standard. Reverse parking sensors and camera with a display can be added in the basic XE and XM trims and the entire set will cost just Rs. 7,600. Moreover, the camera display can be added on the inside rearview mirrors in all the trims at a price of Rs. 14,000.
Apart from all of these, a head-up display and TPMS, puddle lamps, illuminated front logo, chrome garnishing on the headlamps and tail lights, LED reading lights, rubber mats, dash cam, DRLs and vacuum cleaner can be added on all the trims. However, chrome door handles are available on the top end XZ+ trim only. Customers looking for alloy wheels will need to pay an extra Rs. 33,500 on the XE, XM and XT trim.
The Tata Nexon is available in both fuel options. The 1.2-litre petrol engine can produce a maximum power of 108 bhp along with a peak torque of 170 Nm. On the other hand, the 1.5-litre diesel powerplant can make the same power of 108 bhp but a higher torque of 260 Nm. The transmission duties are taken care of by a 6-speed manual transmission gearbox across all the variants. However, the company will be introducing an AMT unit towards the end of this fiscal year.
The Tata Nexon is the third model from the company that is based on the Impact design philosophy. It has been launched with an exclusive showroom price tag of Rs. 5.85 lakhs for the petrol variant and Rs. 6.85 lakhs for the diesel variant.
