HMSI has unwrapped another gift for the Indian motorcycle market. HMSI has just unveiled the new CRF1000L Africa Twin at the ongoing Autoexpo 2016. And there is one more twist to the story here. The bike will be locally assembled here in India itself and the price will be announced later on. This will be the second bike in the HMSI’s superbike line-up to be locally assembled apart from Honda CBR650F.

It is one of the most capable adventure tourer motorcycles present in the world today. It propels a new dry-sump 998 cc parallel-twin SOHC engine with Unicam 4 valve-per-cylinder head. We expect the bike to hit the mark of INR 15 Lakh when launched. It is one well feature packed motorcycle being equipped with ABS and traction control, Honda Selectable Torque Contro as a standard. It has been designed to be an awesomely mass centralized motorcycle making it a forgiving and very easy to ride adventure tourer. We are very happy to see the new Africa Twin here in India. Stay tuned as we bring you more updates from the Autoexpo 2016.
