Ferrari, the Italy based Supercar manufacture is one of the most revered and heritage brand of Formula 1 Motorsport. But ever since Michael Schumacher has left the red machine, things have not been quite good for this Maranello based outfit. But that doesn't mean Ferrari is not hopeful for the future and they have recently released a couple of rendered images depicting their vision of a future Formula 1 car.
Developed in-house by Ferrari in collaboration with its Formula 1 aerodynamic department, the design envisions what looks like the future F1 car design. Among all the design elements, the integrated driver's helmet seems a real add-on to the F1 car. Also, the car's front boasts a double wing and the side profile shows a sculpted body ending at the back with an angled rear wing.
While constructors like Red Bull and McLaren has shown something of these sorts in the past, none could match the sheer futuristic design language as Ferrari did. It is believed that the virtual design concept by Ferrari is a signal that the F1 is ready to incorporate more radical and good looking design changes to the F1 cars.
Ferrari is making all sorts of noises these days with Sebastian Vettel recording highest speeds and fastest time laps in the test runs for the prancing Horse. The 2015 season is just around the corner and we believe it is going to be one of the best season F1 has seen.
