Toyota announces "Q Service Festive Celebration" in India

The festive season is on its way and Toyota Kirloskar Motor planned it in a different way to celebrate by launching of 'Q Service Festive Celebration' across all its authorized Toyota dealerships in India. The 'Q Service Festive Celebration' will commence from October 1st and will go on throughout the month till October 31st, 2016.

The campaign is a part of the company’s philosophy of customer first and describing its value and aspiration with Quality, Durability and Reliability (QDR). Toyota received positive response in last year’s offers and the brand is back festive season campaign to serve best to its customers by indulging them in amazing offers and packages such as assured gift on the avail of Express Maintenance, Purchase of Extended Warranty package, batteries, tyres and  up to 20% off on Car Care Treatments.

Speaking on the launch of the Festive Campaign, Mr. B. Padmanabha, Vice President (Customer Service Group) - Toyota Kirloskar Motor, said, "Customer First - being our key cornerstone, we continuously try to come up with exciting offers in line with the consumer sentiments amidst the festivities. Through such offers, we hope to continuously get close to our customer by providing superior service at every touch point. Our service campaigns ensure hassle free experience to our valued customers for all our products & services. We are delighted to announce our “Q Service Festive Celebration” this festive season as the wide range of offers is our way to express our gratitude towards the trust and admiration of our customers for our products & services.”

Further adding to this, he said, “Being safety leader, it is our conscious effort to raise awareness on importance of regular maintenance of the cars to ensure safe driving experience. We wish all our customers and partners the very best and look forward to serving many more customers this festive season.”

The company also launched a unique warranty program named as the "Toyota's Extended Warranty", earlier this year, while Toyota’s vehicles come with a Toyota's standard manufacturer vehicle warranty of 3 years/100,000 km. And under this offer, vehicles warranty can be extended up to 7 years/180,000 km.
