Toyota India has been awarded the prestigious “Healthy Workplace Award- Platinum 2017” by Arogya World India Trust in association with Public Health Foundation of India. The award acknowledges the company’s efforts to exhibit leadership in workplace wellness and health management. Last year, Toyota was honored with Healthy Workplace Award in Gold category. Healthy Workplace Award - Platinum 2017 is the highest level of recognition in the category. Arogya World is a global non-profit working to prevent non-communicable diseases (NCDs) through health education and lifestyle change.
Mr. Sailesh Shetty, Vice President (Human Resource Division) - Toyota Kirloskar Motor and Dr. Kowshik Kupatira, Chief Medical Officer - Toyota Kirloskar Motor, received the award on behalf of the company during the Healthy Work Place Conference and Awards held on 9th November 2017 in Bangalore. “We are happy to be recognized for our efforts to create a health conscious work environment.
