  • Toyota Innova Crysta leads the charts with 4225 units.
  • Yaris was a disappointment with 232 units.

Toyota India, at a time when almost every automaker is struggling for domestic sales, retailed 10,203 units in the month of September 2019 in the country. These numbers took the Japanese automaker to the fourth spot ahead of heavyweights like Tata, Honda, Renault, and Ford.

Although, it also faced a YoY de-growth of 18 percent but it was the least among all the brands mentioned before.

Toyota Innova Crysta was the torch-bearer for the company with sales of 4225 units in September 2019. Although, still it had a 35 percent de-growth as compared to September 2018. The Glanza launched a few months earlier, recorded its highest sale of 2773 units last month.
