Toyota India has today launched its first ever Toyota Express Service (TES) outlet in India at Galaxy Toyota Rama Road in New Delhi. The TES outlet will focus on offering high quality service to Toyota customers in a very short span of time.
According to Toyota, TES would accommodate the well known Express Maintenance 60 (EM60), which "aims at increasing customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring quality service in sustainability curtailed turnaround with the help of sophisticated equipment, perfect ergonomy, synchronizing processes and eliminating stagnation amidst them."
The TES concept was formed keeping the customer's needs in mind so that the customer can spend quality time at the facility during the vehicle is being serviced. The new Toyota Express Service outlet is located adjacent to the Toyota dealership that supports the TES with parts and required equipments. The company has also started Dry Washing technology at TES to clean the vehicle body. The Galaxy Toyota Express outlet has 3 Express Maintenance bays which can service 35 units a day.
Launching Toyota Express Service at the inauguration of the new Galaxy Toyota Express Service outlet, Mr. Sandeep Singh, DMD & COO, TKM, said, "Given the importance of time, it is our aim is to provide the best quality services to our customers in the shortest time span through Toyota's Express Services. Launched first in the National Capital, Toyota will open TES outlets in most major cities, with Bengaluru to get one very soon.
