The iconic British motorcycle manufacturer, Triumph Motorcycles, has just revealed the new 2016 Tiger Sport. It has received the latest version of Triumph’s 1050cc three-in-line engine that also sits in the 2016 Speed Triple. This engine is claimed to have improved torque and fuel economy. The new Tiger Sport gets ride-by-wire throttle, riding modes, multi-level traction control, ABS, Slip-assist clutch and also cruise control.
New minor updates to the 2016 Tiger Sport includes ‘grippier’ foot-pegs, an adjustable tinted screen and new mirrors. It has also been given a new matt black and silver colour scheme that adds to the visuals. Triumph is yet to reveal all the specifications and details including power and torque figures. Visually the new Tiger Sport looks fierce and aggresive and also more aerodynamically designed. It was caught getting tested last month and the international launch of the same could be expected in short time.
