TVS announces season 2 of Scooty Zest 110-Himalayan Highs
Snapshot: This time a total of 11 lady riders will embark on a journey of a life time
After the success of the first season, the Hosur based automaker has recently announced the second season of the TVS Scooty Zest 110 Himalayan Highs. This season will involve the ride of 10 lady riders from all over India and the group will be led by season one’s rider, Anam Hashim who rode to Khardung La in August 2015 on the Scooty Zest 110. TVS received a fabulous response for the season one and hopes create a bigger buzz for the next season which will involve not one but a total of 11 lady riders. The new 10 lady riders will be selected on the audition basis. Before embarking on the journey, all the riders will go through a comprehensive training to prepare for this back breaking ride of a life-time. The training will commence in July end this year.
Mr. Aniruddha Haldar, VP Marketing, TVS Motor Company said, “Himalayan Highs Season 1, saw Anam’s amazing journey on her TVS Scooty Zest 110, all the way to the world’s highest motorable road. We got an overwhelming response, with kudos flowing in to appreciate the capabilities of both rider and the machine. There were queries from people wishing to recreate a similar ride experience. They wanted the high of riding the TVS Scooty Zest 110 on the most difficult terrain; setting record and feel Anam’s zeal to explore the unknown. It was this sentiment that led to Himalayan High Season 2: wherein ten riders would create history on the TVS Scooty Zest 110 and have a life-altering experience.”
