It runs on a 69.9cc, two-stroke, single cylinder engine which is petrol fueled. It produces a maximum power of 3.5bhp at 5000rpm and 5Nm of peak torque at 3500rpm. It weighs mere 66kgs and has is equipped with Telescopic Spring Type suspensions at the front and Swing Arm with Hydraulic Shocks at the rear. On this special occasion of one crore sales TVS came up with a special edition Super XL Moped that comes with special decals, a dual texture seat, exhaust cover and a chrome plated grab rail. The special edition Super XL Moped will be offered in Silver Grey and TiTanium Grey colors.

K N Radhakrishnan, President and CEO, TVS Motor Company, "What began as a dream to give people a reliable and robust two-wheeler for the family, which was simultaneously affordable, has gradually grown to become one of the few brands that since inception has sold more than one crore in the country.
