According to the report from the Detroit press , Chevrolet General motors are getting prepared to call back the Chevrolet Cruze models because of the problem in the power supported brakes. The Chevrolet Cruze is operated by a 1.4 liter four cylinder turbocharged engine with 6 speed automatic transmission which is now experiencing brake booster failure. The Cruze was packed with ventilated disc brakes with a larger diameter to de-accelerate quickly. The brakes of the car were included with the Antilock Brake system and Electronic brake force distribution for skid control. Even after all that addition, the drivers are experiencing a problem which is making them to floor the brake pedal to stop the car.
The problem was examined recently and a solution was developed by the experts. The issue will now be resolved by including a new brake vacuum pipe in the brake system of the car. The company till now have been reported with 27 crashes. Chevrolet has not still announced the date for recall. The official notice on the website of NHTSA (National Highway Traffic safety administration) is not posted. Plenty of instances have been so far reported about the looseness of brake power by the drivers, and owners of the Cruze hope that the solution will work and not cause any more problems with the braking system.
