With, 'the 6 launches in 6 months' target of Bajaj Auto already underway with the launch of Platina ES, the most fuel efficient motorcycle in India, we reckon next up is indeed the highly, incredibly awaited Pulsar 200SS. Powered by the same unit as found on the fabulous Pulsar 200NS, but in most probably having Fuel Injection this time around, the Pulsar 200SS single cylinder 3 Valve unit is expected to produce 24.5PS and a jump in torque figures from the carburetted mill of the 200NS too.

The video below, which apparently seems to be from the unveiling of the Pulsar 200SS towards the end of 2014 at an event in Cambodia. The youtube Video, shows the unveiling of the motorcycle, followed by the host naming a few features of the bike. Auto twin projector headlights, LED daytime running lights and LED taillights are features seen on this Pulsar 200 SS. Reports suggest that there might be two versions of the Pulsar 200SS, with and without ABS. The ABS unit is expected to be a single-channel Bosch-made ABS system. The 200 SS will likely be made available in 4 colours – Black, Yellow, Red and Blue. While black would be a solid shade, the rest would be dual-tone finishes with white as a base colour. We have talked about the just spied Pulsar 200AS and we reckon the Pulsar 200SS is coming out sooner than it
