Remember our report on the inaugural day of the Intermot Festival, that started with the launch of the Yamaha XJR 1300 and the XJR 1300 Racer? Customized with collaboration with ace tuners Keino, Wrenchmonkees and DEUS Ex Machina, the Yamaha XJR has a video now. The machines beautifully carry forward the Yamaha XJR 1300's 20 year legacy and is available now with the new engine and powerful design philosophy of the 'Customized Modern Classics'.
Both the XJR 1300 and the XJR 1300 racer will be powered by the fuel-injected 1251cc Inline-4 engine, producing 96 HP power @ 8000 rpm and 108 Nm torque @ 6000 rpm. Although the design elements will be different for both the bikes, they will come in the same shades of Power Blue, Matt Gray and Midnight Black.
Known as the 'Rhapsody of Blue', the new XJR 1300 is inspired from the work of Keino, the ace customizer. Powered by a 4-cylinder DOHC air-cooled engine, the XJR produces an 98hp and 108Nm of torque.
