When it comes to driving cars around the city, there a few sets of rules and regulations to be followed, that is formed by the government for the welfare of the commuters. Even if you do try to break any record involving breach of rules, be wise enough to not post it on any social networking sites, like Mr. Christopher Adam Tang. He wisely posted a video of him driving around Manhattan in just 21 minutes and 41 seconds, breaking the old record.
As any other crazy video, this post went viral last Wednesday, and was only a matter of time before the authorities found it. They did find it eventually, now Mr. Tang is in police custody for violating numerous street codes, and will be facing charges for anything associated with the video. Tang posted this video on his page, he goes by the name AfroDuck on YouTube. According to the news reports he was cuffed and picked up from his residence in Manhattan on Wednesday, along with seizing his 2006 BMW Z4, which was the accomplice in this crime.
There is no clear information on how Mr. Tang was caught. The video he posted on YouTube seems to be clearly edited with no proof of him breaking any laws. The only thing done to the video was the speed up process, since it was more than 24 minutes he dint want the viewers to get bored. So he made the video run at high speeds which decreased the minutes and squeezed it down to 5 minutes. The NYPD later confirmed that he wasn’t caught because he did any misdemeanors, he was arrested so that no one in future will try to make the same mistake that he did. The NYPD concluded by saying that his arrest was a warning served to any unofficial ‘record breakers’ out there.
