Volkswagen has thrown open its first City and Pop-up store in Karnataka, in an attempt to improve accessibility and touch points in India. Europe’s biggest car manufacturer will inaugurate 30 new pop-up and city stores throughout the major markets within a span of a year. It will fall under the brands’ innovative approach towards preparing to be ‘Fit for the Future’.

Strategically, the Volkswagen pop-up store plans to attract premium mobility within the Indian market and offer the chance to physically learn of the brand prior to a buyer’s purchase decision. Apparently, in most Indian cities, buying a car still includes the involvement and agreement of the whole family. Hence, the pop-up stores will help in an enhanced experience in potential markets of India.
