Volkswagen India has launched its first Express Service facility at Coimbatore dealership. This dealership has a large display area for cars, represents Volkswagen’s global brand standards, and highly trained aftersales staff to provide a world class experience to its customers. The Volkswagen Coimbatore has equipped workshop with 44 work bays and 75 parking bays which will enable servicing of more than 2500 cars in a month, to provide an efficient and world-class experience to its customers.
In order to increase customer satisfaction and service quality, the brand has taken this initiative and this facility will available across key Volkswagen dealerships in next 12 months in India. The express service program is specific to periodic maintenance of the cars. The Basic design of the program is focused on increasing the productivity and efficiency of technicians. It will also reduce the turnaround time for vehicles to get serviced further adding to the customer convenience.

In the next 12 months, the Express service facility will be launched across key Volkswagen dealerships in India in a phased manner, starting from Coimbatore and followed by Gurgaon and Chennai.”
