Volkswagen India, in a desperate attempt to strenghten its after-sales services, has opened a new service workshop in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It is being setup by Autobahn Automotive Pvt. Ltd. which is Volkswagen Mumbai East’s dealership. Being situated at Kale Marg, Kurla West, it is a 29-bay workshop which is fully equipped to handle regular servicing and repairs, as well as paintwork and bodywork repair occurring due to crash damage.
“We are happy to take another step forward towards ensuring that our customers’ requirements, regarding the servicing and repair of their cars, are fully catered to. We, at Volkswagen, always strive to provide a world-class car ownership experience to our customers, and that extends to making sure that after-sales requirements are looked after. We hope our customers will benefit from the expansion of our workshop network across Mumbai," said Michael Mayer, director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars India.
The workshop employs a team of 58 members, including expert technicians and support staff, who are together capable of delivering maximum customer satisfaction. With the inauguration of this new facility in Kurla, Volkswagen now has seven workshops in Greater Mumbai and is fully geared to manage its customers’ after-sales requirements.
