The Yamaha VMAX has been one of the most iconic Power Cruisers of the motorcycle world. Coming to think of it, it has been 30 Years since the first VMAX came around and indeed, the time has passed fast, just like the straight line acceleration of this beast from Yamaha. The fact that out of these 30 years the VMAX has only seen one design revision in that timeframe. To celebrate 30 years of this model's existence, Yamaha has brought a special edition model to celebrate this special motorcycle.

The 2015 Yamaha VMAX Carbon personifies its name by having tank cover, front and rear fenders, and side covers are all made from carbon fiber. All this Carbon Fiber goodness makes VMAX  a drag bike laden with lightweight carbon fiber. Coming up with Akrapovic slip-on mufflers for which Yamaha has teamed up with the Slovenian company’s complete the exhaust system and the changes to this beastly drag bike.

The same 1,679cc V4 engine, which pumps out 200 PS powers the VMAX Carbon. You will also find the stock aluminium dual-spar frame, dual 320mm front disc brakes with six-pot radial calipers, and a massive 298mm rear brake disc that stops the 200/50-18 rear tire. The special edition VMAX Carbon is available only in Europe right now  and the pricing is set around €22,500, with some pricing variations in different countries.
