Yamaha Motors launches the new Disc Brake Variant of Saluto

Yamaha Motors India came up with the Yamaha Saluto in India not long back. It was launched few months back in the month of April. Just few months after its launch Yamaha Motors have already added an all new disc brake variant to the Saluto. It runs on a 125cc four-stroke, single cylinder engine that churns out near about 8.2bhp of power at 7,000rpm and 10.1Nm of peak torque at 4,500rpm. The Saluto’s engine is mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. Saluto is an incredibly light weight motorcycle, it weighs only 112kgs and company claims that Saluto is highly fuel efficient motorcycle and it delivers a mileage of 78km/lt.

Yamaha Motors launched the Saluto Disc Brake variant in four new colors, including Glory Green, Bold Blue, Dashing White and Majestic Red. The motorcycle measures 2,035 mm in length, 700 mm in width, 1,080 mm in height and 1,265 mm in wheelbase. Saluto features a good ground clearance of 180mm which is necessary if you are ride on Indian roads. The bike is equipped with telescopic forks at the front and swingarm for the rear. The 7.6 litres of fuel tank in corporate with its high fuel efficiency makes sure that the bike can cover large distances without getting empty.  The new Disc Brake variant of Saluto is priced at INR 54,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and Drum Variant is available at INR 52,000 (ex-showroom Delhi).
