Nothing is more frustrating for a motorcycle enthusiast than to not have any information on a motorcycle people are dying to see. Finally, Yamaha has decided to give such maniacs some relief by releasing the launch date of its much awaited YZF-R25 in Indonesia. The spy pictures have been flooding the internet from last few months, but little did anyone know about its availability.

India got the first glimpse of the R25 in Auto Expo this year and has been talking about it ever since. According to our common sense, it should be a 250 cc, liquid cooled engine that might generate close to 37 bhp of power. The exact specifications  have not been revealed by Yamaha which means the bike can either have two cylinders like a Kawasaki Ninja 250 or a single piece like the Honda CBR 250. The bike will come to India through the CKD route which might make it a little expensive as compared to other options we have here like the CBR 250 or a KTM Duke 200.

The official information comes from a website http://iwantyamahar25.com/, where we also read, 'Be the exclusive owner of the world’s first YZF R25 on 20.05.2014 and get a premium helmet – AGV VR46′.

Well, we couldn't figure out much from this little information, but it is sure that Yamaha is going to make people smile across Asia for some good time in the future.
