Yamaha to flag off Mission 10000KM on 14th September

Yamaha India will flag off its ambitious Mission 10000 KM ride on 14th Septemeber. Brand ambassador of Yamaha, John Abraham and Miss India, Koyal Rana will flag off the event at India Gate, Delhi. 20 riders will take part in this 10000 km long journey on 20 bikes. Yamaha's FZS FI Version 2.0 will be the official ride for all the riders.
All the 20 riders were chosen through online voting and personal interviews. Thousands of enthusiasts applied for the same to enjoy the ride of a lifetime. John Abraham, a bike enthusiast himself, seemed very excited about the event. This event is hosted in association with Zeegnation.
The bikes will be divided into two teams comprising 10 bikes with 10 riders each. These 2 teams will be sent towards East and West direction respectively before converging and meeting in Chennai. The ride will conclude on 18th of October in Chennai only. A total of 35 days of gruesome riding will take place.
This ride is conceptualized to generate awareness related to road safety among riders across India. Yamaha FZS, the official ride for the event comes with the Blue core technology. Improved performance, efficiency and environmentally friendliness, is what Yamaha claims this technology aims at.
