Yamaha has teased the front grille of the new 125cc scooter prior to its launch on 7th May. The invitation sent by Yamaha goes on like Join us as Yamaha will be unveiling the next phase of its journey in India”.Yamaha has been caught testing the Nozza Grande based scooter back in February in India.  The event will be attended by Mr Masaki Asano, Managing Director and Mr Roy Kurian, Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt Ltd. The scooter is styled in a very funky manner considering the abundance of chrome the scooter carries on the grille.

The upcoming scooter will go head to head against the Honda Activa 125cc, Piaggio Vespa and Suzuki Access and Swish models in the segment. The scooter will be present with the disc brakes at the front and In order to keep the price in limit this scooter will not get fuel-injection like the scooters overseas. While the scooter is equipped with telescopic front forks and spring loaded shocks. Originally Nozza Grande was made for Asian Markets and this makes the scooter fit for Indian market. The Design on the original Nozza Grande is different from the scooter that will be launched here in country.
