Yamaha Motorcycle India recently launched the all new Saluto RX and now the Japanese auto maker is gearing up for the launch of the highly awaited Cygnus Ray-ZR. The scooter was showcased at the AutoExpo 2016 for the first time and it created a lot of buzz for being one of the good looking offerings by Yamaha. The scooter shares the same engine as its sibling, the Ray Z, but apart from that it comes with a whole different refreshed looks and aesthetics. From head to toe, the scooter carries different, sharp and striking looks. It gets a whole new instrumental cluster, racy decals and over-all a new silhouette.

Talking about its power house, it derives its power from the same 113cc air-cooled engine that is seen on the Ray Z. The engine churns out a maximum of 7bhp of power and 8Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to an automatic CVT-transmission. The scooter will be offered with a front disc brakes for the alloy wheel variant.  And like the standards Ray-Z, it comes equipped with telescopic front suspension and rear swingarm-linked monoshock. All in all, the scooter looks promising and we are eagerly waiting for its launch. Stay tuned as Bikeportal updates you with more information from the automotive world.
