Kawasaki unveils the ZX-14R's 30th Anniversary edition

It has been 30 years since Kawasaki has been enjoying the success through its most successful series - the Ninja. It was in 1984 when Kawasaki launched the GPZ900R - the first Ninja ever - which was the first stock motorcycle ever to cross the 150mph mark.
The Japanese manufacturer of this mother-of-all-motorcycles revealed the motorcycle at Laguna Seca Mazda Raceway which also hosts a round of the 2014 WSBK this weekend. Only 300 units of the 2015 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R 30th Anniversary Limited Edition will be available to the US and Latin American markets. Kawasaki however will also produce 30 units especially for Canadian market.
Every bike will come with a unique Gold pinstripes and Gold Brake calipers. The colours the ZX-14R will be available in are the same colours the GPZ900R was available in - Firecracker Red and Metallic Graystone.
The bike will be available to order from July 15, 2015 with a price tag of $15,899 (Rs 9.54 lakhs) which is just $ 200 extra than the present ZX-14R.
