The 1 Series is the lowest offering from BMW's stable in India. It's one of the very few Premium Hatchbacks currently available in the country along with the Mercedes A-Class and Volvo V40. Unlike its competitors, 1 is the only hatchback with a Rear Wheel Drive, which is the USP of this Bimmer. Available in four trims, this premium hatch comes with two engine options- a 1.6 litre petrol and the more popular 2.0 litre diesel unit. The price of the car starts at INR 2,090,000 and ranges up to INR 2,990,000 for top-of- the-line Sport Plus variant (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi.)
