Honda Activa 125

After the silent launch of the all-new Honda Activa 125 on its website, the leading bike manufacturer in India – Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India recently unveiled the revolutionary updated version of the Honda Activa 125 scooters in the automobile market. The all-new scooter series is available in three diverse trim choices coming in options of alloy wheels, drum brakes, and disc brakes. Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has finally brought about some innovative upgrades to the brand-new Honda Activa 125 by including some additional features into the same. 

The engine specification of the all-new Honda Activa 125 remains the same as that of its previous versions. The scooter receives power from the same 124.9 cc air-cooled engine that produces 8.52 BHP of power at 6500 rpm. The engine also offers the peak torque value of 10.54 Nm at 5000 rpm. The engine of the scooter has been paired with the high-tech CVT unit.

The suspension duties of the Honda Activa 125 are handled by the presence of telescopic forks & 3-step adjustable rear suspension. The braking duties of the scooter are handled by either the 130mm drum or 190mm disc brake on the front wheel and 130 mm drum brake on the rear wheel. The braking system of the scooter is assisted by CBS (Combi Braking System) by Honda. 

Belonging to the scooter family, the all-new Honda Activa 125 is likely to compete against the likeness of the similar models like Suzuki Access 125 and the upcoming Hero Maestro Edge 125 & Duet 125 scooters.

The all-new Honda Activa 125 features the engine capacity of 124.9 cc and returns the mileage value of 59 kmpl. On the style front, the new-gen Honda Activa 125 has received some stylish upgrades to enhance the overall appeal of the scooter. While the older version of Activa scooters features conventional halogen headlamp, the recently launched Honda Activa 125 comes with an updated premium, brighter LED lighting. The scooter also receives designer black alloy wheels along with chrome-plated metal protector when the buyers would opt for the high-specification “Deluxe variant” of the scooter. The revised version of the scooter reveals additional Eco speed indicator along with a service due indicator.

In terms of the new specifications, the new-gen Honda Activa 125 receives the specialized 4-in-1 lock that comes with a seat opening switch present on the apron. This allows the users to conveniently open & close the seat, start the ignition, and handle the lock of the scooter. The presence of the simple & easy to operate the CLIC (Convenient Lift Up Independent Cover) helps in reducing the overall service time of the Honda Activa 125 scooter.
